No new hardware. One system for the whole restaurant.

Orders, kitchen, reservations, checkout and reports in one system.

Guests order from their seat and watch it happen.

No queue, no language barrier, allergens flagged up front.

  • Scan to order at the table

Scan the table's QR code to order. No app, no sign-up.

  • English + 繁體中文

English and Chinese, one tap to switch.

  • Allergen declarations

Guests tick any of the 11 allergen groups; the kitchen screen flags them.

  • Live order tracking

Guests see progress on their phone, so fewer "is it ready?" questions.

What about guests who don't use phones

Scanning is an option, not a gate.

We don't talk older guests into using phones. We keep the path to a server open.

  • The counter uses the full menu, with the same checks as the guest side.
  • Past last orders, guests see "you can still order through a server", and staff orders still go through.
  • Counter orders and guest orders land on the same kitchen screen.

Older guests, visitors, a dead phone: staff can still take the order.

The Wi-Fi goes down. The counter keeps taking orders.

Staff orders wait on the device and send once you're back online, never twice. Guests can still order over mobile data, but the kitchen screen only picks those up when the shop's connection returns.
